Enhancing Customer Service Communication Skills: A Workshop for ODFL Representatives
This workshop, designed for Old Dominion Freight Line (ODFL) customer service representatives, was created as part of my Communication Capstone course. Through interactive exercises and role-playing, participants will improve their ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and strengthen relationships.
