Enhancing Customer Service Communication Skills: A Workshop for ODFL Representatives

This workshop, designed for Old Dominion Freight Line (ODFL) customer service representatives, was created as part of my Communication Capstone course. The training focuses on developing essential communication skills, such as active listening, empathy, nonverbal communication, and clear messaging. Through interactive exercises and role-playing, participants will improve their ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and strengthen relationships. The goal is to not only enhance customer interactions but also foster more effective internal collaboration, ultimately contributing to a more efficient and responsive team at ODFL.
